Creative developers and start-up games studios in the UK can bid for grants to turn their new video game ideas into market leaders.
Funded by the UK Government, the UK Games Fund – Content Fund has been established to support ‘commercial games-for-entertainment’ studios wishing to scale-up their operations.
The scheme will support the development of intellectual property, allowing video games companies to attract investment and reach their next stage of growth.
The aim is to create new jobs in the creative industries, which are one of the Government’s five priority sectors to grow the economy.
