Ireland’s Coca-Cola Thank You Fund 2021 Open for Applications
Non-profit organisations in Ireland and Northern Ireland can apply now for funding to support projects that will inspire young people in their local community.
Operated in partnership with the Irish Youth Foundation and YouthAction Northern Ireland, the Coca-Cola Thank You Fund works with a range of charities, community and voluntary organisations, sporting groups and NGOs to back creative new initiatives that inspire and support young people aged 16-25 across Ireland.
In 2021, the Coca-Cola Thank You Fund is looking for new projects under the theme of ‘Building for Better’ that inspire and support young people in Ireland and Northern Ireland in one or more of the following areas:
- Educational and training programme for young people
- Programmes that support diversity and inclusivity in young people
- Programmes that take an innovative approach to demonstrating sustainability to young people
The proposed project must exclusively benefit people who are over 16 years of age and under 25 years, and activities using money received from the Fund must be based on the island of Ireland.
The Fund is making €100,000 available again this year.
There are two different grant levels, and applicants should apply for the grant which is most suitable to their project:
- €10,000
- €5,000
Commenting at the launch event for the 2021 programme, Agnese Filippi, Country Manager, Coca‑Cola Ireland said:
“With the continued support of our long-standing partners, Irish Youth Foundation and YouthAction Northern Ireland, we hope to inspire local leaders seeking funding for initiatives that will help young people ‘Build for Better’ to apply to the Coca‑Cola Thank You Fund and help drive some really positive change in their local communities.”
The deadline for applications is 16 July 2021 (midnight).
