Global competition seeking innovative and sustainable solutions for floating wind development projects to benefit local communities and enhance biodiversity.
The aim of the competition is to support sustainable, high-impact floating wind development solutions that can be implemented in large-scale commercial projects. RWE is seeking solutions for the following two categories:
- Methods to promote co-use of marine space with other sea users to support local marine stakeholders (especially fisheries).
- Methods to reduce the ecological impact on wildlife and/or positively impact biodiversity.
