Capify Launches £40m Fund for Businesses Struggling through Economic Challenges

Loans are available to support the UK’s small and medium businesses to help them through the current difficult trading conditions.

The Capify £40m SME Fund has been launched to support established companies struggling with increasingly challenging economic conditions.

The fund has been specially created in response to growing concerns about access to finance from traditional lending sources and the impact that has on the ability of SMEs to deal with the effects of inflation.

From an overall budget of £40 million, business owners are able to apply for between £5,000 and £500,000. Loans can be used for any business purpose, for example purchasing new stock, refurbishing business premises, buying a new piece of equipment, or to help with cash flow.

SMEs across the UK that are already trading as a limited company or limited partnership may apply. Businesses with ambitions to expand or invest in new equipment, facilities or technologies may also qualify.

Applications can be made at any time.
