Armed Forces Families Fund – Supporting Partners Programme
Closing Date: 25/01/2024
Grants are available to Armed Forces Bases, charities, Community Interest Companies and Universities in the UK for projects that will improve support for Service partners and spouses regarding the skills and experiences they bring to the workplace.
The funding is for projects that have a positive, lasting impact for partners of Serving Personnel or Reservists based in the UK or overseas.
The direct and primary beneficiaries must be current non-serving partners of currently serving personnel or Reservists. Indirect beneficiaries will be the serving partners, children and wider family members.
Projects will need to show that they will improve access to support, and will celebrate the skills and experiences spouses and partners bring to the workplace.
Projects need to deliver sustainable change and meet one of the following aims:
- Enable partners to access knowledge and information that’s relevant to employment opportunities.
- Improve access to education, training, and qualifications for partners.
- Communicate the skills and experiences that partners are able to bring to the workplace.
