Closing Date: 27/07/2022
Young people across the UK can apply for an award to make their business idea a reality. The Award includes a grant, tailored business support and a living allowance.
The aim of the Young Innovators Awards is to find young people with great business ideas who have the potential to become future leaders in innovation and successful entrepreneurs.
The Awards will support over 300 young people by 2023 through annual competitions. So far, 151 young people in the last three years have received Young Innovators awards, a further 100 are planned in this competition. There has been 12,000 young people engaged in the #IdeasMeanBusiness campaign.
Young Innovators bootcamps will held. The bootcamps are an opportunity to engage and network with both those providing the expert support available and other peers in the cohort, including an innovation champion. IUK expects applicants’ action plans to be agreed at the first bootcamp.
