Heritage Crafts Association – Training Bursary for Black and Ethnically Diverse Makers
Closing Date: 13/12/2021
Funding is available for Black and ethnically diverse makers based in the United Kingdom to support the development of heritage craft skills.
It is still the case that the UK craft sector does not accurately reflect the diversity of the UK as a whole and, for this reason, Heritage Crafts Association is taking positive action to target this bursary programme to Black and ethnically diverse groups who are currently under-represented in the craft sector.
The programme seeks to support makers who may be starting out on their journey in craft or at the point where they want to turn a hobby into a career, or where they are already be a maker who is looking to further develop their heritage craft skills.
