This fund aims to support charities and constituted groups helping families and individuals on low incomes through the winter period.
The grants will be awarded to charities and community groups to provide tangible support to families and individuals and will take the form of cash or vouchers to meet pressing needs, such as food, fuel, household items, clothing, or extra costs over the holiday period.
