Providing information on over 6,000 initiatives, the GRANTfinder database has continually grown since its inception in 1985. From the European Commission to national UK government programmes, regional and local government, charitable trusts and corporate sponsors, the database covers a diverse range of subject areas.

Users are able to manipulate the data by running a number of different searches, whether they have a specific project in mind or simply want to undertake background research. The information is updated on a constant basis by an in-house team of 13 Researchers and three support staff.

Developed to allow your organisation to offer a basic search facility to your own clients, GRANTnet is a user-friendly, on-line search tool by which small businesses or community links can gain access to funding opportunities. As well as saving you time in removing the need to run the initial search, it extends the range of services available to your clients.

As a logical enhancement to the GRANTnet service, GRANTnet Plus provides a ready-made software template that allows your organisation to publish information relevant to local funding activities on a website with minimum involvement from an IT department. It gives the means, for example, to present information on a local funding fair or to communicate a diary of local networking opportunities.
